     We invite you to read the Private Placement Memorandum which describes in detail the relationship between the investors, or partners, and the fund and the LP Agreement which describes the rules of the fund.

     Once you are acquainted with the fund, you can invest by filling out the Subscription Agreement. Please email us at partners@oracleofinvesting.com to request an official Subscription Agreement sent via email through EchoSign. By replying via this email, your signature has the same validity as signing printed material and mailing it, thus expediting the service. You can also peruse at leisure the Subscription Agreement by following the link in the footer.

     Once we have received your signed forms, either via EchoSign email or through regular mail, you only need to send valid government ID to verify your identity and transfer the funds.

     You can find in detail the options for transferring the funds under the Investment Methods link in the footer. You can send the funds via wire, by check, or online transfer. Most investors choose to transfer by wire, but you can invest by sending a check by mail as well. Finally, you can transfer online the funds by Dwolla, which is an emerging service able to make an online transfer with very low transaction fees, even lower than wire. You are welcome to try this incredibly efficient service.

      To facilitate the investment process, you can print the Investment Checklist. And for existing investors wanting to increase their investment in the fund, they may do so by going to Additional Capital and filling out the form.

      Once you are a partner you can log in to check our letters to shareholders, quarterly, and annual reports, as well as performance measures. You get more detailed information into the thinking process and rationales of certain investments as well as an interpretation of the current market context.
